1. If the customer is not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 48 hours Apply for “return or exchange” since the receipt of the goods. Overdue, this item is not available.
2. The exchange will not charge any restocking fees, but the customer may be responsible for shipping costs. If you exchange a lower-priced product, we will not refund the difference. For refund cases, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund. But if this is our fault, you will receive a full refund. After your exchange or return request confirmation, the return address will be sent to you to return the item.
3. Please send us the image you want to return or exchange for us to refer to.
4. To ensure that we receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. If you send it back without our permission, we have the right to refuse to sign the parcel! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all losses resulting therefrom.

Returned items require our QC team to verify the error. The refund will be sent to your original account after your return. It usually takes 7 working days. Please check your account before then. Sometimes refund processing may be delayed. Keep in mind that this is because we usually process returns twice a week. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated!
